Millions and millions of Vegan Outreach booklets have been handed out around the world. The rate of distribution is limited not by demand – there are many individuals, student groups, and other organizations who would like to distribute “as many as you can send” – but by availability (i.e., resources for printing and distribution).
Vegan Outreach is dependent on your donations to save animals.
The bulk of our money is used to print and distribute more copies of our booklets. Vegan Outreach has no endowment – about 95% of our revenue comes from member donations, with the rest in grants (our IRS Form 990 can be viewed at GuideStar).
The more donations we receive, the more new people are reached with Why Vegan?, Even If You Like Meat, and Compassionate Choices.
