Given the number of dedicated
activists and the expanding Adopt
a College program, Vegan Outreach
could easily distribute over a
million booklets each year. Demand
continues to grow, and with concerts,
festivals, summer sessions at colleges
and universities (in addition to "normal"
distribution in restaurants, libraries,
etc.), this summer has been busy! With
college leafleters ordering booklets for
the upcoming term, Vegan Outreach is rapidly
depleting our latest printings of Why
Vegan? and Try Vegetarian!

at community events for years and started
leafleting at the U of MN this past year.
I love it! I was handed a leaflet at school
and that started me thinking about veganism,
nine years ago. By the way, the person
who handed me that leaflet has no way
of knowing that I went vegan and have
since dedicated my life to animal rights.

After a month of traveling
