Your Donation Will Be Doubled!

Every week you read stories of people choosing compassion. You may think those stories start with a Vegan Outreach booklet, a vegan mentor, or a vegan food sample, but they don’t. They all begin with a donation.

New vegans at TAMIU
Because of VO donors, these three students are all going vegan! They received booklets from Southeast Outreach Coordinator Yuri Mitzkewich at Texas A&M International University.

As part of our year-end matching challenge, every dollar you donate to Vegan Outreach will be matched up to $300,000 by anonymous donors!

That means you could help put $600,000 to work for animals in 2018. We’re off to a great start, but we can’t do it without YOU.

Donate Now!

VO donors are people who want an end to violence against animals. Big change happens one person at a time, and your donations make more vegans and bring us closer to a tipping point for animals.

If you’ve been reading our e-news for a while and have never donated, now is the best time to do it! Will you take a moment right now to help animals?

If you’ve donated in the past, can you spare a little bit more this year?

Donate now to create twice as many vegans!

Jack Norris at UC Davis

VO Executive Director Jack Norris [above], Organizational Development Consultant Alex Bury [below], and I leafleted at the University of California, Davis, today. With the help of two volunteers from the student group PEACE, we handed out 1,090 booklets. Jack noted, “I’ve never run into so many vegans at UC Davis before—I met six in the 90 minutes I was leafleting.”

Alex Bury at UC Davis

Today I handed out 1,776 booklets at Riverside City College. I saw lots of people reading the literature, and many students wanted to engage in conversation with me. I met several vegans, including some that want to volunteer in our Vegan Mentor Program, and a student named Manny who said he wants to be mentored.

I also met Mya [below, right], who’s been vegan ever since she received a VO leaflet one year ago!!!
