Top Leafleters of Fall 2017

As the year comes to an end, help us honor the leafleters who work so hard, inspiring people to go vegan and moving us toward a tipping point for animals!

This semester alone, VO’s team of dedicated activists visited 953 schools and distributed over 1 million leaflets! That means there are a lot of new vegans, vegetarians, and veg-curious people out there making a difference for animals.

Find out who made the list of top 10 leafleters and hear their favorite leafleting stories from the past semester.

Part I

John Deetjen
John Deetjen: “One student at the College of DuPage even called our resources ‘the answer to her prayers.’ She’d been wanting to go vegan and now she’s confident she can.”

Part II

Alexis Clark
Alexis Clark: “I had several engaging and unforgettable conversations with students, including one student I’m still in contact with today. I’ve given him a ton of resources, social media pages to follow, recipes, etc. He’s working on his full transition to vegan living!”

Donate in honor of a leafleter today to keep their work going. Your donation will be matched for double the impact!

Recent Feedback

There are a lot of late classes at CSU San Marcos, so I was able to set a new record for the campus by staying for a long time. The take rate was high and the students were all super polite.

Raquel [below] received a VO leaflet six years ago at UC San Diego and is now vegetarian.
